Who can join the Noteworthy Society?
Anyone 18 or older with a valid email address can join. If you’re under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Is there a fee to join?
No — joining the Noteworthy Society is completely free.
Do I need to create a separate account?
No, you just need to be logged into the same account you use for shopping on NoteworthyScents.com.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing eligible actions like making a purchase, referring a friend, or participating in promotional campaigns.
Where can I see which actions earn points?
All point-earning activities are displayed in the rewards widget on our website and occasionally on our Facebook page.
Do I need to be logged in to earn points?
Yes — make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used to join the Noteworthy Society to receive credit for your actions.
When will my points appear in my account?
Points are typically deposited in a commercially reasonable time after the activity is completed.
I completed an activity, but I don’t see my points. What should I do?
Contact us within 14 business days of the activity to request a review.
Are there limits on how many points I can earn?
Yes — some actions may have point caps or time-based earning limits, as determined by Noteworthy at our discretion.
Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for rewards listed on our Rewards page. Redemptions may occur directly through the Noteworthy website.
What kinds of rewards can I get?
Rewards vary and may include discounts, products, exclusive experiences, or promotional offers. These are subject to change at any time.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire within 365 days of occurring them.. Please redeem them before expiration or if the program ends.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No — points are non-transferable.
Account & Troubleshooting
I forgot to log in. Can I still get points?
If you made a purchase and were not logged in to your account no worries! Sign in to your account after your purchase and you should see your points balance as long as you use the same email address you used at checkout. If you don’t see your points updated within 48 hours contact customer service for help.
Can I have more than one account to earn more points?
No — only one account per person is allowed. Users with multiple accounts may be disqualified.
Can I opt out of the program?
Yes — you can opt out anytime. Your point accumulation will stop, but you may rejoin later.
What happens to my points if I leave the program?
You may use your remaining points up to the date you opted out, but you will stop earning new points.
What about the points for purchases I have made in the past?
Purchases before our Noteworthy Society came to life (07/14/2025) do not qualify for points.
